Job Title: IT Application Development Project Manager

Description:
This is a critical position that requires a skilled project manager to lead the development and maintenance of in-house applications used by the company and group companies. The successful candidate will use cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure, and AI to improve company-wide operational efficiency through requirements definition and design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-house applications
- Define requirements for in-house applications and conduct design and estimates
- Collaborate with teams in Japan and offshore development teams
- Perform comprehensive project management and operational maintenance management for in-house applications

Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing teams of 5+ members
- 1+ year of operational maintenance experience
- Technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with teams in Japan and overseas
- Documentation skills
- Security knowledge
