Description Contract DetailsDuration: 6-month contractWorking Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Mon – Thurs: 8.30am to 6.00pm Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary: $2,600 per month (Diploma holders) $3,300 per month (Degree holders)(Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience) Job ScopeWe are seeking two temporary staff to support data cleaning and reconciliation activities in Workday to ensure data integrity and system effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: Execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation for employee records across multiple data fields, including: Educational qualifications Professional certifications Learning and development records Other relevant data points Conduct thorough verification of employee information by: Engaging directly with staff to validate data accuracy Cross-referencing existing records with source documents Identifying and resolving discrepancies Perform any other administrative duties as assigned Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resource, or Information Technology with at least 1 year of relevant working experience Experience using Workday is preferred Strong IT proficiency with the ability to work across multiple systems and platforms Competent in Microsoft Excel Good written and verbal communication skills We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
