Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and support digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising Execute and optimise online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing execution with brand and business goals Content Management & Online Presence Oversee updates to the company's website and social media presence Work with content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives Create content that supports SEO and encourages engagement Event Management Organize outreach and/or run industry events to drive leads for our software and training businesses Run client engagement events to sustain usage of our software solutions with existing clients Affiliate Marketing Support affiliate marketing programmes and assist in developing promotional strategies Monitor affiliate performance and suggest optimisation improvements Public Relations (PR)Assist in the execution of PR strategies and relationship-building activities Coordinate press release distribution and monitor coverage Performance Tracking & Optimisation Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyse performance Recommend adjustments based on data insights to improve results Email Marketing & Automation Implement and manage email campaigns including audience segmentation and personalisation Optimise campaign performance based on engagement metrics Community Building & Influencer Outreach Support community engagement initiatives Assist in influencer partnerships to boost brand presence Trend Analysis & Competitive Research Track and report on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape insights Budget & Vendor Management Assist in managing campaign budgets and coordinating with external vendors Requirements The Person: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms. Strong content creation skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices. Experience in organizing events, both virtual and in-person, to drive leads and engage clients. Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and performance optimization. Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
