**Assistant Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive**:
**Location**: Singapore (HQ) with travel to Johor Bahru (team syncs)

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager or a Digital Marketing Executive to support and eventually lead client accounts. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee content and campaigns, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on project management, with exposure to cross-border team collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across creative, production, and ad ops teams.
- Serve as a primary liaison for day-to-day client communications.
- Ensure timelines, approvals, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support on events, publications, and special projects as required.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as you grow into account leadership.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital campaign workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
