**Job Description & Requirements**:
We're a small agency with a flat structure, that focuses on digital marketing for small businesses.

You'll work directly with the General Manager and will be the main touch point for clients

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop social media proposal for prospective clients
- Conduct market research on clients competitors/industry to understand the market landscape as well as strengths and weaknesses
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Livestream) for our clients
- Design and create different forms of marketing collaterals, such as event flyers, social media assets (e.g. Instagram post/story, Tiktok reels etc.)
- Conceptualize, plan, video and edit marketing videos (short reels for social media)
- Provide copy writing to online and offline marketing materials
- Creation of social media calendar
- Support digital marketing team to provide account servicing to clients
- Monitor and review performance of social media and ad campaigns
- Preparation of performance reports and recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Interest in digital marketing and passion for learning
- Digitally savvy with some knowledge of social media platforms
- Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Great initiative
- Proficiency in creating video content e.g. TikTok preferred
