Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead our BIM Modeller team in creating and managing digital models of building structures and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing constituent parts of the information model, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness, production of project output, ownership of model information, and maintaining and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
  • Production of project output.
  • Ownership of model information.
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create Revit worksets and understand the Revit work-sharing process.
  • Input marked-up drawings into Revit.
  • Download drawings and information from the web, SharePoint, or project websites (FTP, etc).
Requirements:
The successful applicant should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They should also have experience with Revit and be able to maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Adherence to safety practices in the workplace is essential.
