Sales Order Administrator

A Sales Order Administrator (SOA) is responsible for the commercial processing, support (before and after commissioning) and monitoring of all inquiries and orders of designated customers. SOA is also responsible for Supply Chain Management (SCM) role. SCM is required to plan, control and execute a product's flow, from acquiring raw materials and production through distribution to the final customer.
Job Responsibilities:
Advising customers in regard to all inquiries relating to RSG's product range.
Interpreting, clarifying and realizing basic customer specifications for offers and orders.
Compiling, analyzing (commercially) and sending offers and order confirmations including relevant documents for the first technical clarification (especially order sheets) for products, components, and parts for designated customers.
Setting up and monitoring customer terms regarding pricing (price agreements, contracts, etc.), delivery terms, and payment conditions in coordination with the relevant Sales representative.
Supporting the Sales Team by subsequent follow-up of offers and outstanding payments.
Entering customer orders for internal processing and planning, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring progress during processing/implementation.
Assisting with and monitoring delivery and invoicing in coordination with the Export department (especially regarding sensitive countries, Letter of Credit transactions) and in contact with designated customers.
Providing commercial support and after-sales services to designated customers and subsidiaries.
Noting, filing, and updating customer relevant data (contact info, specific price agreements, delivery and payment terms, special transport notes, etc.) in the ERP system and shared files.
Issuing Purchase orders.
Following up and monitoring closely with suppliers' delivery schedule to confirm compliance with order confirmation.
Monitoring stock levels and conducting monthly inventory meetings.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
