Job Description:
Responsibilities
Verify inventory based on PO and advise for order launching
Inventory and order tracking and reporting
Material inbound and reservation based on customer purchase order
Daily inventory inbound and outbound tracking
Liaise with external partieson inbound/outbound/inventory
Equipment repair and return monitoring and follow up
DMA, RMN and send for repair
Site to site material transfer verification and tracking
Customer communication
Site to site transfer and return material to customer WH
Site survey and installation report
Return of decom material from site to warehouse
Reporting of inventory and other related
Maintaining inventory for project deployment. Assist project managers for material reservation and delivery to other countries
Liaise with customer on urgent project inventory matters, as required
Warehouse survey & installation report customisation and verification (where applicable)
Requirements
Minimum ITE qualification with 1 year experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and in teams
5 days, 9am to 6pm,central, 1 year contract
