Responsibilities:

1) Provide administrative Support to Project team in day to day operation.

2) Prepare daily report

3) Manage, prepare & maintain proper records & filing of all documents.

4) Data entry duties and administrative duties include: Preparing quotation, preparing as-built photo , final bill of quantity for the project you are assigned

5) Coordinate, prepare and support work-related documents on a timely basis

6) Handle email inquiries and follow-ups

7) Prepare monthly progress claim, recommend and prepare clients' payment certificate for management approval

8) Coordination and communication between HQ and site teams

9) Any other admin tasks assigned by the management
