Job Description:

Maintenance and Facilities Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Facilities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of equipment history and performance.
  • Supervise works as required and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling commercial buildings.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent teamworking skills.
  • Establish good rapport with clients, tenants, and occupiers.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
