Job Title Head of Sales Responsibilities Lead the team to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company\'s annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Conduct research and share information on the market and competitors. Manage and maintain customer relationships, strengthening cooperation. Assist the VP in sales business management and contribute to the establishment of a sales management system. Build a procurement team, train team members, and enhance their order execution capabilities. Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of sales trading experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience Prior experience in the automotive electronics, industrial control, or energy storage industry is a plus. Possess high-quality terminal factory customer resources, such as large OEMs and EMS. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
