Position: Customer Service Executive Location: Jurong East Contract: 1-year (renewable)Working Hour: Monday - Sunday 8am - 6pm/ 10am - 8pm (5 days shift work)Key Responsibilities Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on backend CCTV setup and maintenance. Configure NVRs, basic routers (Huawei), and manage networking tasks. Set up and manage emails using Microsoft Apps. Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and update workflows. Track vendor productivity, handle system, software, and hardware requisitions. Report to Operations Managers and ensure team members are briefed on new information promptly. Manage high-priority cases and support the Contact Centre team in maintaining productivity, performance, and service quality. Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate information dissemination. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and operations. Requirements Higher Nitec / Diploma / A-Level / Degree. 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred. Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong command of English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
