StaffAny started humbly from Southeast Asia and is growing rapidly. We are looking for our next rockstar who can learn and grow with us. You will be part of a winning team to shape and accelerate the growth of the revenue organization. You Are
A person who values growth at your current life stage

Strong communicator with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
Competitive and values teamwork
Disciplined in outbound prospecting and accountable for your work
Excited to exceed your limits and has a successful track record of meeting monthly targets
A proven sales hunter and closer with 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, exceeding personal targets
(Bonus) Experienced in HR/Productivity solutions for F&B/Retail/blue-collar industries
You Will Find Yourself
Working hard, playing hard, and chasing victory as a team, similar to a sports team
Contributing to the company’s growth momentum by working with the Head of Sales on new business development strategies
Generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
Consistently and diligently following up through outbound activities like cold calling, referrals, and networking
Following up and setting meetings with prospective customers and sales executives
Building genuine relationships with decision-makers for future sales opportunities
Maintaining accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and tracking personal sales stats
Using industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts
Being accountable for personal results
Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Collaborating with the product success team on implementation and with marketing on demand generation insights
Achieving team targets
