Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and courteous customer engagement specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a polite and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, responding to customer queries and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and services to ensure that customers receive the best possible advice.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and provide seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
