What You'll Be Doing Strategic Leadership : Build and oversee Thailand’s sales organization, developing strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Channel Strategy : Drive channel recruitment and distribution strategies to expand market reach. Customer Focus : Maintain and grow relationships with high-profile clients while identifying new business opportunities. Team Development : Hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results. Sales Excellence : Manage the sales funnel, set metrics, and implement pricing strategies, including volume discounts and customer terms. Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to ensure a competitive edge. Solution Selling : Champion our Credential Management, Strong Authentication, and Single Sign-On solutions through distributor and channel partnerships. What We’re Looking For Education : A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience : 10-15 years of IT software or services sales experience, with a strong track record in key account sales within the Banking and Financial Services sector. Expertise : Proven success in enterprise security solution sales, particularly Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Communication : Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with exposure to multinational environments. Relationships : Established connections at C-/EVP/FVP levels in major banks and financial institutions.
