Technical Department Lead

Are you an experienced technical professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join our team as a Technical Department Manager.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance section of our technical department, overseeing company-wide environment, health, and safety activities, and managing all electrical works within the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects and initiatives.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of technical drawings, risk assessments, and FMEA data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Experience in environment, health, and safety management, including risk assessment and auditing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
