Electrical Engineering Manager Role

This position involves overseeing the electrical engineering department, ensuring efficient project execution by reviewing drawings, identifying issues and assigning tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with team leads to review electrical drawings, stimulate fabrication standards and maintain high-quality work from staff. They will also be responsible for recruiting, guiding, training and monitoring employees as required.

Maintaining work and equipment usage schedules is crucial in this role. The candidate must be able to recommend effective solutions based on employee employment status and schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on various projects.
