Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership :Lead, manage, and mentor teams of electrical engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Oversight :Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management :Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Safety & Compliance :Ensure all electrical projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
  • Technical Support & Guidance :Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and support to the engineering team and other departments.
  • Quality Control :Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and quality control to ensure work meets specifications and to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Professional Development :Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Industry Expertise :Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical engineering, relevant technologies, and emerging industry trends to implement best practices.
