The Opportunity In this role, you'll provide strategic advice and implement transformative solutions across key areas including: Strategic Data Intelligence – analytics, visualisation, performance metrics, insights Digital & Technology Enablement – transformation, systems integration, innovative solutions Operational Architecture – process design, operating models, efficiency improvement Value & Commercial Management – benefit tracking, ROI measurement, vendor relationships Organisational Change Leadership – stakeholder management, adoption, implementation support Core Responsibilities Strategic Advisory Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimise real asset portfolio performance. Identify and integrate cutting‑edge technologies (AI, IoT, BIM, Digital Twins) to enhance efficiency and value. Create tailored operating models that align with client business objectives. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to improve vendor management and reduce costs. Project Delivery Guide multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycles, ensuring client goals and timelines are aligned. Focus on achieving tangible results through effective project governance and risk management. Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new regional business opportunities. Develop compelling content to showcase expertise and attract potential clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships to grow business. Collaborate across functions to create tailored proposals that address client challenges. Client Engagement Translate complex challenges into actionable insights and practical solutions for C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders. Lead interactive sessions to drive alignment and decision‑making. Communicate complex information effectively to senior audiences. Manage expectations and deliver outstanding service. Team Leadership Lead and develop regional teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture. Provide mentorship, create growth opportunities, and recognise team contributions. Innovation Drive Service Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends and develop new service offerings to meet evolving client needs. Integrate Emerging Technologies – Champion the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies to enhance service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Essential Significant experience in consulting with specific expertise in real asset operations Proven track record delivering operational excellence initiatives Strong technical foundation in one or more areas: accounting, surveying, investment, or facilities management Experience developing and managing a pipeline of advisory sales opportunities Excellent client relationship management skills at senior executive levels Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments Desirable Advanced degree in business, real asset, engineering, or related field Professional certifications relevant to real asset or operational excellence Experience working in the APAC market with an understanding of regional nuances Background in digital transformation and technology implementation Knowledge of sustainability and ESG considerations in real asset Our Construction & Asset Expertise Construction projects and the resulting assets present unique challenges and risks.
