Purpose of the Role Direct Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within the insurance industry in Singapore, operating across various VICOM centres . This position is responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused service through our direct sales platforms, supporting the company's long-term business objectives. We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales, committed to service excellence, and willing to go the extra mile to delight customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver the company's brand promise by providing consistent, high-quality service and support to all customers. Engage customers proactively at sales sites and respond to their requests in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring a first‐class experience. Communicate clearly and effectively using simple, concise language that customers can easily understand. Actively listen and ask relevant questions to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Manage the end‐to‐end sales process, including lead follow‐up, to achieve personal and team sales targets. Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for first‐contact resolution and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate customer‐centricity by gathering customer feedback, ideas, and suggestions to enhance products and services. Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives, providing constructive feedback and recommendations. Ensure that all customer feedback, product issues, and service insights are properly documented and escalated to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and demonstrate commitment to performance targets. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
