Join WWT todayPosition Information Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Working Location: 5 Tuas Ave 5, Singapore Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Profit Sharing + AL + Dental Claim + Medical Claim + Group Insurance Responsibilities Responsibilities of this job consist of transactional, analytical and strategic work to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following: Managing the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer, which includes transactional inputs. This level of order management requires a deep level of system and supply chain understanding Identifying and correcting transactional order issues Managing execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain Creating operational and customer-driven reporting utilizing business intelligence tools and communicating updates to customers Taking a self-driven approach to solving problems and improving WWT's order management processes and systems Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes Candidate Traits A successful candidate for this role would exhibit the following traits: Enjoys tackling new challenges and seizing the opportunity to deliver results through hard work Efficiently and effectively communicates information to promote collaboration and HPT Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through written communication Persistent and determined in the face of adversity Effectively manages their time to deliver work efficiently Always applies a customer service mindset and strives to deliver customer delight Demonstrates effective prioritization skills in an environment with many competing demands Applies superior critical thinking skills to identify solutions to difficult problems Core Functional / Technical Skills Service Delivery Effectiveness (Supporting): Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of service delivery to ensure that it meets desired standards and agreements. Operational Excellence (Applying): Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing flawless transactions, services and products; manages monetary assets and other resources to optimize cost effectiveness. Operational Planning (Supporting): Forecasts market demand for the organization's products, partners with the business to plan for demand, and creates a full view of supply chain activities. Process Improvement (Supporting): Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster. Systems Thinking (Developing): Takes a whole systems approach to analyze business issues and implements holistic solutions, ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made. Measurement/Evaluation (Supporting): Measures and assesses customer and employee satisfaction and efficiency and effectiveness of programs through devising methods and procedures for collecting data (e.g., surveys, opinion polls, questionnaires, or evaluating existing data). Additional Functional / Technical Skills Data Analysis (Applying): Collects, analyses and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings. Materials Management (Developing): Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for ordering, shipping and warehousing materials to support production and satisfy demand. International Importing & Exporting (Developing): Demonstrates knowledge of regulation relative to international importation and exportation (e.g., customs requirements, trade tariffs and duties, security regulations). Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or supply chain related field 2-3 years of supply chain related experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments Ability to demonstrate a work ethic consistent with WWT's Core Values The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
