**What is the Job all about?**

This job will be responsible for performing order management requirements and addressing exceptions and errors in an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and includes issuing of Order Confirmation, raising internal order amendment forms for order amendment, and disseminating information to respective departments for action.

You will be reporting to the APAC Industry Supply Chain Manager and will be assigned to work in Singapore.

We offer a hybrid working style, 4 days in the office and 1-day working from home.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Manage Finish Goods distribution deliveries to customers in APAC.
- Support Day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders for delivery arrangements.
- Coordination on customer requests for order amendments, stock allocation, and delivery.
- Handle customer return stocks (RMA Return Material Authorization)
- Delivery performance - confirmed date, customer-requested date, improvement, etc.
- Fast response time on lead time inquiry by use of the CIC (Customer Interaction Center) tool.
- Handling of customer complaints.
- Ad hoc projects

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Previous experience of Customer Service and working experiences for/with a 3PL would be key considerations
- You have an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- You speak and write English fluently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience working with SAP.
