Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that involves coordinating and managing the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing attendance records, and handling various administrative tasks related to government licenses, work passes, and training administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Manage daily attendance records and provide support to absent workers
- Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
- Administer government license applications and renewals
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management
- Manage office administration, including stationery supplies and facility maintenance
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and records
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Excel formulas
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore employment standards
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Occasional weekend assistance may be required)
