The role of HR cum Admin is a pivotal position within the Construction Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various human resource-related tasks, encompassing employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
This critical function necessitates an individual with exceptional organizational skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee records, encompassing hiring, termination, and promotions.
- Process payroll and oversee benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences with various departments.
- Establish effective communication channels with insurance companies and other external parties as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Exceptional time management skills and aptitude for multitasking.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages a significant advantage.
