Job Title: Performance Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Create cross-channel media plans based on clients' business objectives, translating their goals into media KPIs.
- Lead client communications, driving weekly catch-up calls and providing insightful reports and optimization recommendations.
- Liaise with media partners and agency teams for efficient media planning and measurement.
- Work with clients to understand the roles of different channels and the KPIs they can help achieve.
- Independently manage campaigns, troubleshooting tagging/tracking issues in collaboration with clients/internal tagging/analytics teams.
- Able to comfortably navigate & set up performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience with a background in paid media activation, preferably for innovative campaigns driving towards mid and lower funnel objectives (Visits and Revenue).
- Cross-channel planning knowledge in Search, Social, App, Programmatic, Affiliates, ideally with extensive hands-on experience on Search and Social.
- Achieve Agency Alignment is essential.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
