About the Role:

  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • As a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and selecting top media and creative talents through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers to successful candidates.
  • Providing exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and transparent processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in the media and creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
