Sales Director for Media Growth

About the Role:
We seek an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth across our media platforms. The successful candidate will report to General Management, leveraging their expertise in strategic sales and tactical execution to expand our reach in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance our market position.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth, measuring results against established metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, preferably in broadcasting or media industry.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
