**The Role / Responsibilities**
The Associate Director - Media Solutions Sales representative will be assigned a territory of both existing accounts and open territory for the Asia Pacific region. As the domain expert of Media Solutions offerings, this representative will work alongside the Moody’s Analytics relationship managers, sales, and sales management team to manage existing revenue and drive additional growth against target objectives.
- Manage and grow existing Customer Base
- Identify and target white space opportunities
- Align with Relationship Managers and Management on overall account strategy and planning
- Work with Relationship Managers to drive greenfield oppy’s in existing and new markets/use cases
- Align with RM’s on personas and use cases specific to segments
- Work with Segments and SDR’s to generate and execute sales campaigns
- Understand and leverage the buying process within each segment
- Help drive Sales Enablement activities
- Coordination with Marketing on messaging and collateral specific to their assigned market segments
- Participation in events & trade shows
- Generate and deliver segment specific webinars
- Work closely with product and content team to address various persona and use in each market
- Accurately forecast retention and growth of territory
- Prepare a monthly planning report to be presented to Sales Management

**Qualifications**:

- Must be degree educated (or equivalent).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in relationship management and sales withing financial markets
- Firm understanding of various business units within asset management, banking, corporate, government, and insurance
- Strong ability to motivate cross-sales activities with Relationship manages, sales, and Sales Development Representatives
A good understanding and ability to position the value of media solutions capabilities to the market
- Ability to demonstrate a grasp of the factors driving our clients' businesses.
- Must be fluent in English. The knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
- A background in a pre-sales, support, training, or consulting will also be considered.
Some Accounting knowledge through either study or work experience would be a benefit.
