Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and delivering step change in business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational excellence principles and practices, with experience in leading and implementing business improvement projects.

They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization to support and contribute to business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business improvement projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques
