Nurturing Early Years Educator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. As an Assistant Childcare Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them grow into confident and curious learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Teachers in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
- Establish routines and provide positive guidance to ensure children feel safe and supported
- Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with parents and students through open communication and collaborative efforts
- Ensure a secure and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among children
- Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth operation of our childcare services
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (FCECCE) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and education
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
