Nurturing Early Years Specialist

As a dedicated Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Preschool Teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 2 months to 6 years old.
Main Responsibilities:
- Present lesson plans and materials to children in a one-to-one or group setting.
- Assist the teacher in monitoring and supervising children in the classroom, on field trips, meal times, and other activities.
- Prepare for lessons and create a secure environment for young children through enhancing respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with them.
- Provide administrative support for class recordkeeping and updating portfolio and communication book as required.
- Audit student work and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- We prefer candidates who have a passion for working with children and are committed to providing high-quality care and education.
- A background in early childhood education is an asset but not required. We offer on-the-job training and the opportunity to take up early childhood courses.
Working Arrangement:
We are looking for full-time candidates who can commit to working with us. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have excellent communication skills. They must also be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
