Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our early childhood education team as an Infant Educator. The role involves providing nurturing care and developmentally appropriate activities for infants in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement a curriculum that caters to the unique needs of infants, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and exploration.
  • Classroom management with infants/toddlers requires patience, understanding, and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care standards are met and maintained.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in infant care is essential.
  • Candidates must possess a WSQ Advanced Certificate or equivalent in Early Childhood Education.
  • Relevant certifications such as HCIC, ACEY or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary for administrative tasks.
  • Passion for working with infants and commitment to their development are key qualities we seek in a candidate.
