Nurturing Early Years Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our team of dedicated educators. As an Infant & Toddler Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the early years of a child's life by creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, development, and learning.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and record children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and staff as needed.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS, STAFF, AND CHILDREN BY COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY AND DEMONSTRATING A COMMITMENT TO INCLUSIVE AND RESPECTFUL PRACTICES.
- Create a safe and engaging environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.
- Guide and support Assistant Teachers/Classroom Helpers in carrying out their tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- FOLLOW ASSIGNED WORK SHIFT PATTERNS OF THE CENTRE AND ADAPT TO CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES AS NEEDED.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: HCIC / ACEY OR EQUIVALENT. ADVANTAGE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH EY1 & EY2 QUALIFICATIONS.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- SHOW A GENUINE PASSION FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION, WITH A FOCUS ON CHILD-CENTERED APPROACHES.
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
