Nurturing Early Childhood Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to create a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of young children in Singapore.

  • Develop engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Valid Teaching Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Classroom.
