Job Title: Nurturing Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Nurturing Early Childhood Educator. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about shaping the minds of young children and creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a secure and nurturing environment for children through building trusting and respectful relationships with them.
  • Manage the classroom and routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that cater to the diverse needs of the children.
  • Embody the philosophy and values of our preschool by supporting children's learning through play-based and inquiry-driven approaches.
  • Strengthen partnerships with families and the community by co-designing collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration and congeniality.
  • Engage in continuous learning and reflective practice to contribute to the school's culture of collaboration and collegiality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
  • Certified L2/L1 with ECDA.
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Words, Excel, and PPT).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
