Appliance Service Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled specialist to provide expert service, repair, and installation of home appliances.

  • Accurately diagnose and maintain home appliances in optimal condition.
  • Review product performance and quality of suppliers and communicate any downward shifts to the Technical Director.
  • Perform testing and inspection on finished goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Assist with project client requests and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is advantageous (commercial vehicle).
  • A minimum Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
