Key Leadership Role in Web3 and AI
Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for innovation? Do you have experience in leading high-performing teams and driving technology strategies?
We are seeking a skilled IT Director to join our team and take charge of the development of a custom Web3 platform. As an IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of the platform, as well as architecting and implementing NFT-based products within the membership ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web3/blockchain, AI technology, and team leadership. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying a custom Web3 platform that meets business requirements.
  • Architecting and implementing NFT-based products within the membership ecosystem.
  • Leading the development of AI-driven features using tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Building and mentoring a decentralized tech team, including senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Ensuring robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech.
  • Proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams.
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features.
  • Full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, , Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations.
  • Cloud and DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, having scaled teams of 5–20+ engineers.
