Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to oversee daily duties and ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to guide employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and disputes.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the cycle counting program, investigating stock discrepancies, and reporting on any stock adjustments.

You will work closely with the team to ensure KPIs are met and reports are submitted promptly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily duties of employees
  • Provide guidance to employees in handling errors and problems
  • Manage the cycle counting program
  • Investigate stock discrepancies
