Job Title: Daily Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to oversee the daily operations of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of stewards and cleaners, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations.
  • Support clients by responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and manage cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Plan and schedule training for cleaning personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular safety risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide on-the-job training and refresher courses on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in interviews for potential candidates to select the best fit for our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
  • Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Inventory management and freight handling experience to optimize logistics.
  • Pressure vessel management skills to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Shipping and logistics expertise to streamline operations.
