Job Summary:
To oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance with safety protocols, and client satisfaction while supporting the Operations Manager in strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
- Ensure Adherence to SOPs, Client Requirements, and Industry Standards: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor cleaning teams, including training and performance evaluations.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols (PPE, chemical handling) and ensure compliance with BizSafe/ISO standards.
- Administrative & Strategic Support: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/supervisory roles (cleaning, facilities, or hospitality preferred).
- WSQ Certificate in Cleaning Supervision (or commitment to obtain within 6 months).
- Proficiency in English and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in healthcare/school/industrial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/45001 and BizSafe standards.
- Class 3/4 driving license (if applicable).
