About the job As a Senior Principal Digital Solutions Consultant , you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, managing high-value client engagements, and leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract closure. This role is also responsible for pipeline development, deal closure, solution fit, and team performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s commercial goals and market positioning. Forecast, track, and deliver against sales targets across software, services, and digital solution offerings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to refine go-to-market approaches. Serve as the lead solution consultant in strategic pursuits, engaging directly with clients to understand engineering challenges and performance drivers. Translate client requirements into technically sound, simulation-based solutions using Dassault Systèmes or Worley’s technologies. Conduct or coordinate solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept simulations, and value assessments.
