Responsibilities & Qualifications:
This Principal Consultant is responsible for solving functional issues with an understanding of clients’ business environment and practices. Principal Consultants should take on lead responsibilities, assist in development of staff, and support the sales of services, and display leadership abilities in the development of strategy deliverables as well as analysis, design, build, and implementation deliverables

**Essential Duties**:

- Effectively lead projects tasks and teams to which they are assigned.
- Participate in project estimating activities.
- Prepare/deliver presentations.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior consultants.
- Contribute to the improvement of the practice’s intellectual capital.
- Demonstrate and utilize expert understanding of appropriate components of Oracle Method, especially those related to the Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).

**Qualifications Include**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 7 years of oil and gas industry experience
- Proven organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead functional and technical resources in design and build of interfaces, conversions and reports- Strong client communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel up to 75%, if required
