Cybersecurity Operations Lead

About the Role:
We're seeking a cybersecurity professional to drive security efforts across projects and infrastructure domains. This role is crucial in maintaining strong cybersecurity posture, managing third-party providers, and ensuring effective response to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end cybersecurity support across projects and infrastructure environments.
- Manage and coordinate with external cybersecurity service providers to address new security risks.
- Lead incident response activities and support the resolution of cybersecurity issues.
- Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure and network security to protect key systems and data.
- Align security efforts with business goals by working closely with internal teams and project stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience supporting IT or client-facing projects with cybersecurity requirements.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks is a plus.
Technical Proficiency In
The following technical skills are required:
- Operating systems and network configurations
- Next-gen firewalls and network detection/response tools
- Endpoint protection solutions (AV, EDR)
- SIEM and SOAR platforms for anomaly detection and automation
Certifications & Knowledge
Candidates should possess:
- CISSP, SSCP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and incident response playbooks
