Overview Job ID: Responsibilities To support CEO in managing the sales department. To do translation & act as translator for CEO, when communicate with the headquarter in Japan & Japanese-speaking clients. Sales administration activities: To support the sales department with sales administrative tasks including preparing quotations, tenders, etc. To receive, verify & process orders through internal liaison. To prepare marketing presentation materials and samples. To maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc. To compile monthly sales reports. To direct feedback from customers to relevant departments. To stay up-to-date with new products and features. To plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which includes planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives. To plan and manage e-commerce sales activities. To plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts. To do copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc). To monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates. To maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. To plan and organise marketing events. Requirements 5 years' experience in a similar position. Proficiencyin English and Japanese languageto liaise with internal and external Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
