Risk Infra Management-Platform Catalyst-Fintech Organization
As the Lender Partners Manager at our company, you will be responsible for on-boarding and managing various Lender Partners such as Banks, NBFCs, etc. to provide them with our credit risk infrastructure solutions. Your primary goal will be to develop a strong lender relations coverage strategy, including creating a need-based product sales plan for our risk infrastructure platform solutions, in order to achieve revenue targets.You will play a crucial role in building and managing a positive reputation for the company by maintaining consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating awareness about our company within the banking and lender/investor community as a market-making activity. This will involve preparing reports on the company's profile and performance, developing marketing materials, and presenting them to current and potential partners.In this position, you will also be expected to provide valuable insights on market activity and present your findings to the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial trends, monitoring competitors" behavior, and identifying any factors that could potentially impact our business. Furthermore, you must ensure that you are well-versed in information security responsibilities and strictly adhere to them.To be successful in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting, with additional certifications such as CA or CFA considered an asset. You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Presales Specialist, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with lender partners. A strong understanding of key credit risk metrics, credit products, and debt capital Platform Catalysts will be essential. Additionally, you should possess a solid grasp of macroeconomics, capital Platform Catalysts trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.This position will require you to be highly professional, entrepreneurial, and possess excellent client-focused problem-solving skills. Given that approximately 60% of your job will involve travel, you must be willing and able to accommodate this requirement. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will be responsible for drafting engaging and impactful messages to inspire clients and internal stakeholders alike.,
