Leasing Manager

Job Summary:

"> As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the leasing process for retail properties. This includes identifying and prospecting for potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing lease agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in the execution of leasing strategies to maximize property value and occupancy rates.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
  • Negotiate lease terms with new and existing tenants to ensure favorable outcomes for the business.
  • Finalize lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a relevant discipline is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail leasing is required.
  • Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties is necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, are crucial for effective performance in this role.
