About the Position- Identify and onboard homeowners and property partners interested in vacation rental management services, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Establish relationships with potential clients, educate them on the benefits of partnering with us, and guide them through the engagement process.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and source potential property owners and partners, utilize various channels to build a robust pipeline of prospective leads.
- Client Outreach & Engagement: Engage with homeowners via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and present our value proposition.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate partnership terms with property owners and ensure agreements align with our standards and expectations.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to understand local rental trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities, informing strategic business decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related role, preferably within the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry.
