Leasing Manager Role

About the Position:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the leasing process for retail properties. This involves identifying and prospecting for potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing lease agreements.

  • Lead a team in executing leasing strategies to maximize property value and occupancy rates.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
  • Negotiate lease terms with new and existing tenants to ensure favorable outcomes for the business.
  • Finalize lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail leasing.
  • An outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
