Property Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations for commercial and retail properties.
  • Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out works to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth building systems and services.
  • Ensure fire safety standards are met and support the appointed Fire Safety Manager.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor lease terms, administer tenancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of common areas and facilities.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance contracts and services.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and leasing teams when required.
  • Prepare management reports and updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in property or facilities management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance is required.
  • Excellent communication and tenant service skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software are beneficial.
  • Fire Safety Manager certification is mandatory.
