Job Title: Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and maintaining the common property of the MCST, ensuring it is in good working order and meets the needs of residents/occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the common property, including supervising contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of building services and M&E equipment to identify defects and take corrective action.
  • Respond promptly to feedback from residents/occupiers, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement inspection checklists and reports to monitor the condition of the property and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend council meetings to stay informed about new developments and contribute insights to drive positive change.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with fire safety management principles and practices.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and their application in a property management context.
  • Strong knowledge of property administration, including lease agreements, by-laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
